A Type That Wants to Handle Everything Independently
On the surface, this type may appear to value ideals, justice, and morality, but underneath there is often a more critical and aggressive side. They want to look confident, strong, and self-sufficient, yet in practice they do not always follow through as forcefully as they imagine they would. Their will is strong, but emotionally they can also be more cautious and hesitant than they appear, so they often put the brakes on themselves. They may look down on the people around them while also wanting recognition and approval from those same people. For that reason, even when they seem rigid on the outside, they often carry a fair amount of inner conflict. If they can soften some of their harshness, they tend to become much easier and more comfortable to live with.
Romantic Partner, Spouse - After marriage, they may come across as someone who nags a great deal. It is better to keep that clearly in mind when judging the relationship. Business Clients - Their standards can be demanding, but they also tend to fulfill their own responsibilities and keep their promises. Boss - They may carry themselves with a very strong sense of authority. In most cases, it is more realistic to work with that reality than to confront it head-on right away. Outside formal situations, however, they may be more open to conversation than expected. Coworker, Subordinate - They may seem simple or one-track, but there is usually no need to challenge their pride unnecessarily. If they are treated with a certain degree of respect, they may perform better than expected.
