A Type Quick in Judgment but Avoidant of Responsibility
This type reads situations quickly, but has a strong tendency to pass actual action and responsibility onto someone else whenever possible. They may appear to be someone who needs help, or draw sympathy in ways that bring the resources and effort they need from outside. On the surface they may behave as though they are considerate and accommodating, but underneath there is often a desire not to carry real responsibility. That pattern may work in the short term, but in the end it weakens trust. Their central task is not learning more tricks, but learning how to carry real responsibility in practice.
Romantic Partner, Spouse - This can easily become a relationship where one side keeps protecting and carrying the other. What matters is to judge first whether genuine mutual responsibility is possible rather than responding only from pity. Business Clients - The relationship may become one in which your side keeps taking things on. It is better to review the deal very carefully. Boss - If they are the boss, they may feel like a title without much real function behind it. The situation has to be handled realistically. Coworker, Subordinate - If left alone, they may become more accustomed to dependence than to work. It is important from the beginning to define standards for contribution and responsibility.
