Cold Rationalist Type
This type often gives the impression of being cool, restrained, and emotionally controlled. They put principles and conclusions ahead of feelings and are used to organizing situations in a detached, rational way. At the same time, they are often quick to read the flow around them and skilled at making realistic compromises when needed. The difficulty is that they guard themselves strongly against being hurt, so they do not open up emotionally very easily. They are not usually prone to major mistakes, but they may appear lacking in warmth or human softness. For that reason, they can be quite stable in work settings while still feeling dry, distant, or empty in close personal relationships.
Romantic Partner, Spouse - If stability in daily life is the main priority, this type may not pose a major problem. But if emotional warmth and romantic closeness matter a great deal to you, the relationship may feel unsatisfying. Business Clients - They are often easier to work with than expected because they usually do not make excessive demands or constant complaints. Boss - If you maintain an appropriate level of tension and deal with them carefully, the relationship can often remain manageable. Coworker, Subordinate - Rather than pushing them away simply because they seem blunt, it is usually better to recognize their style and the strengths that come with it.
