A Type That Prefers a Simple, Unremarkable Life
This type prefers a quiet and ordinary life over one that stands out or carries heavy responsibility. They may appear passive to others because they do not have much desire for advancement or major success, but they themselves may honestly feel that such a life is enough. If this attitude goes too far, however, they may too easily set aside responsibility and goals and remain in mere comfort. They are unlikely to create extreme problems, but there is a real risk that they may narrow their own possibilities by their own hand. What matters most is preserving simplicity while still holding at least a minimum standard for themselves and a basic sense of responsibility.
Romantic Partner, Spouse - If you want an ordinary and quiet life, this can be a good match. Even so, it is important to make sure that social and practical burdens do not fall too heavily on one side. Business Clients - If you are careful about their tendency toward complacency, they may not be a very difficult counterpart. The relationship itself may continue quite comfortably. Boss - They may feel somewhat lacking once the role rises above a middle-management level. If they are your boss, both direction and responsibility should be checked separately. Coworker, Subordinate - Their ability to work steadily little by little can be a strength. With the right role fit, they can become a stable force inside an organization.
